Payment Options
At NOVA, we believe quality dental care should be accessible. That is why we offer a range of flexible payment options and work with approved finance providers to help make treatment more manageable.
Depending on eligibility, options may include full or partial upfront payment, flexible payment plan options, and approved funding options for eligible patients. All options are subject to individual eligibility criteria.
Payment Plans
Payment plan options may be available through approved third-party providers, subject to each provider’s eligibility criteria. We encourage patients to review the terms and conditions of any financial product and consider whether it is appropriate for their individual circumstances before applying.
Humm offers a payment plan option that may help patients spread the cost of dental treatment into regular weekly instalments. Interest-free options may be available depending on the Humm product selected. Please confirm terms directly with Humm prior to applying.
Finance of up to $50,000 may be available, with repayment terms of up to 72 months, subject to approval and product eligibility. Applications are processed online, with outcomes typically provided promptly. Repayment amounts and any applicable interest or fees will be outlined clearly before you commit, and account management is available online throughout your plan.
Humm is a third-party finance provider. Approval, terms, fees, and interest rates are determined by Humm and are subject to their lending criteria and product conditions. Nova Dental Implant Centre does not provide financial advice. Patients are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before entering into any credit or payment arrangement.
Superannuation Release
Accessing superannuation savings for dental treatment is strictly regulated by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and the Department of Human Services (DHS). Superannuation can only be released under the Compassionate Release of Superannuation program for patients who meet specific medical and financial hardship criteria as defined by the ATO.
Nova Dental Implant Centre does not approve, influence, or guarantee superannuation applications. Our role is limited to assisting eligible patients by providing the required supporting documentation for submission to the ATO.
The following is a general summary of ATO eligibility considerations only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Under ATO guidelines, superannuation funds may only be accessed on compassionate grounds when the treatment is necessary to alleviate acute or chronic pain or to address a condition causing significant functional impairment, the treatment is considered medically necessary, the treatment is not readily available through the public health system, and the application is supported by medical evidence from a registered practitioner along with an itemised treatment plan and quotation from the treating dental practice.
Each application is assessed independently by the ATO on a case-by-case basis. Approval decisions, outcomes, and processing times are outside Nova’s control.
Patients who have alternative financial means available, such as personal savings, finance, or health insurance, should consider those options before applying for a superannuation release. Superannuation should only be considered as a last resort, and only where the patient’s condition meets the criteria as defined by the ATO. Patients are strongly encouraged to seek independent financial and legal advice before applying to access superannuation funds for dental treatment.
